Integration Challenges

Numerous out-of-the-box software integrations to other applications over the years made application selection difficult, leaving the credit union with a large number of disjointed systems that lacked interoperability.

Further, TruStone’s merger with Firefly Credit Union in early 2021 necessitated custom coding for connecting systems and migrating data, which proved challenging.

Results

Since ramping up Boomi usage in 2022, TruStone saved about 1,200 hours, and is on target to eliminate up to 6,000 hours of manual work in 2023.
