WWT’s managed services offering depends on integration, with its eBonding system at the core. eBonding securely syncs data across systems via APIs. Lacking an architectural blueprint, WWT built its platform from scratch, gaining faster development with low-code tools, enhanced visibility and control, and reusable, modular integrations.

WWT deployed the Boomi Enterprise Platform to manage transactional ticketing across its customer portfolio. With Boomi, development cycles shrank from months to days. A single connection to ServiceNow and modular, per-entity integrations simplified complexity. Boomi DataHub became the system of record, enabling bi-directional data flow and real-time synchronization. Acting as a “traffic cop,” it routes data efficiently — even reacting to user input in ServiceNow — to ensure consistent, up-to-date information across all sources.
