Steve Lucas is a multi-time CEO with 27 years of leadership experience in enterprise software. He has held CEO and senior executive roles at some of the world’s leading cloud organizations, including Marketo, iCIMS, Adobe, SAP, Salesforce and BusinessObjects. Lucas led both Marketo and iCIMS’ growth and transformation as CEO, driving successful multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and billion-dollar strategic investments for both organizations.

As the CEO of iCIMS, Lucas drove growth and profitability through product innovation and five strategic acquisitions over a three-year period. He established iCIMS’ position as the world’s leading talent acquisition cloud platform, as well as launched an entirely new product line, the Talent Cloud for recruiting that enables 40% of the Fortune 100 to hire millions of people every year. In 2022, Lucas led a billion-dollar investment round in iCIMS from TA Associates, along with Vista Equity partners, nearly tripling the valuation of the business.

At Marketo, Lucas accelerated double-digit growth and profitability, leading the take-private turnaround of the company, which resulted in a $4.75B acquisition by Adobe in 2018, the largest acquisition at the time in Adobe’s history. Lucas drove a complete transformation of the sales, marketing and product portfolio for the business, more than tripling the value of the business and doubling recurring revenue in a 24-month period.

Prior to joining Marketo in 2016, Lucas was President of SAP’s Platform & Analytics Products globally, including SAP’s HANA, PaaS, Database, Analytics, Data Integration and IoT businesses.

As a type 1 diabetic, he dedicates time to raising awareness, education and funds to find a cure. He has served on the boards of the American Diabetes Association and Children’s Diabetes Foundation, where he speaks to youth about managing their diabetes and overcoming obstacles.

Lucas holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Colorado, is a published author of several books, and serves on multiple philanthropic and education boards.

Arlen is a global technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth businesses, driving financial and capital management strategies and business development, incubating new business models, and overseeing investments, and mergers and acquisitions at multi-billion dollar public enterprise software companies.

He formerly served as EVP and CFO of Citrix Systems, Inc., and prior to Citrix held multiple executive roles at SAP, including EVP and Global Head of Business Development and Ecosystems, CFO of SAP North America (SAP’s largest business unit), and Global Head of Corporate Development. He was a principal architect of SAP’s rapid transformation into a cloud company.

In his role at Boomi, Arlen oversees Finance, HR, IT, Legal and leads initiatives focused on operational excellence, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, board relations, and preparing Boomi for its next stage of growth.

Arlen has a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, an M.B.A. from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from George Washington University. He has also completed the London Business School’s Corporate Finance Program. A Philadelphia Business Journal 2024 Corporate Leadership Awards Honoree, Arlen serves on the Boards of Directors of Commvault [NASDAQ: CVLT] and AspenTech [NASDAQ: AZPN] and as a director on the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts board of trustees.

Matt Heinz is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Boomi. He brings more than two decades of experience driving growth at enterprise technology companies. Prior to joining Boomi, Matt served as the CRO of Amplitude, a leading digital analytics platform, where he played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth to 4x revenue in 3.5 years, and built out all aspects of its go to market function. Under Matt’s guidance, Amplitude successfully went public through a Direct Listing in 2021.

Prior to Amplitude, Matt spent eight years as a sales executive at Marketo, an industry-leading marketing automation platform. While at Marketo, Matt established the company’s enterprise sales business, which emerged as the fastest growing segment for the company. He continued to oversee Marketo’s revenue operations in North America following the company’s acquisition by Adobe in 2018.

Matt has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is an active volunteer in his community.

With over 35 years of experience in leading and operating a diverse set of companies and functions in the SaaS category, Greg is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving success, building high-performance teams, and maximizing stakeholder value.

At Boomi, Greg oversees the company’s global strategy, driving growth and exceptional customer experience across all business units and geographies.

Prior to joining Boomi, Greg held C-level and executive roles at some of the world’s leading technology companies, including Adobe, SAP, Business Objects, Marketo, Crystal Decisions, and Xerox Corporation.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina.

Dan brings over 25 years of demonstrated success developing and executing partnership strategies that drive ecosystem growth and revenue. He is responsible for leading Boomi’s global channel and alliance programs, which include identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships to help drive sales, expand the company’s reach, and grow its business through win-win relationships with the partner community.

Prior to Boomi, Dan led global teams and achieved industry-leading growth at Salesforce, MuleSoft, Box, NetSuite, Crystal Decisions, and SAP.

Dan holds a BS from Clarkson University and a MBA from Hofstra University.

Ed Macosky is the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Boomi (CPTO). He has more than 20 years of experience building high performing agile teams, designing and launching new software and service products, solution delivery and customer retention. Ed works to establish and execute Boomi’s product vision and roadmap – delivering an intelligent, flexible and scalable integration platform that accelerates business outcomes by making information, interactions and innovations flow faster.

Prior to joining Boomi in early 2019, Ed spent almost five years at Oracle, where he served as Vice President of Middleware/PaaS DevOps & Release Engineering. Prior to Oracle, he spent some time at Dell. In addition, starting in 2003, Ed spent more than seven years at Boomi during the formative years of the company.

Named one of the Top 25 Software Product Executives of 2022, Ed studied Information Technology at Penn State and holds two U.S. patents for integrating software systems.

As former President of Corporate Marketing at SAP, Alison brings more than 20 years of experience driving real-world impact through technology and the power of marketing. Having joined SAP through its acquisition of Business Objects, she led the company’s product marketing strategy, overseeing its global field and industry marketing teams, and played an instrumental role in the introduction and growth of flagship product SAP HANA in 2010.

Alison has held multiple global leadership roles in the platform business, including sales roles with the Vancouver Canuck Foundation, PGA Tour, and BC Lions. She attended the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a diploma in Marketing Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

As a customer- and commercial-focused leader, Rahim brings more than 20 years’ experience delivering scalable customer and revenue growth for leading global technology companies, including SAP, CA Technologies, and Axway.

At Boomi, Rahim is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy for driving organizational growth and customer success.

Rahim holds a degree from the University of Calgary.

A seasoned leader across fast-paced, multinational organizations, Jessica Soisson has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, diligence, acquisitions and divestitures, and business process design.

\As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for overseeing Boomi’s financial operations, including financial planning, order and risk management, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.

Most recently, Jessica held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at Boomi. Prior to Boomi, she was Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Citrix Systems, and she also served in a managerial role at Arthur Andersen.

Josh brings more than 20 years of experience in software as a service (SaaS) technology companies and across the customer success discipline, with proven results and specialization in account management, retention, growth, executive relationships, loyalty, and more.

At Boomi, he is responsible for driving measurable outcomes and success for the company’s global customers.

Previously, Josh led Customer Success at MuleSoft, driving greater than 115 percent of net revenue retention (NRR) and a 90+ percent renewal rate. He was also a partner with Bain & Company, and spent 15 years building a solid foundation in advising clients on strategy, go-to-market transformation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Josh holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Economics from University of Pennsylvania.

Sean brings more than 20 years of award-winning expertise across a variety of product and IT functions, including support of engineering, security initiatives, network/IT infrastructure, and applications.

As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Sean is responsible for overseeing Boomi’s critical IT infrastructure, security, data science, and enterprise systems.

Prior to Boomi, Sean served as CIO at Benefitfocus, where he leveraged market-leading SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions to lead the Information Technology and Data organizations. Prior to Benefitfocus, Sean served as CIO at Qlik, and led award-winning technical transformations at PwC, Xfinity, Dell, and Gartner.

Sean holds an MBA in Management from Bentley College, and a Bachelor of Science from Clarkson University. He is a certified Six Sigma green belt, certified Java programmer, and holds a U.S. patent for a fraud detection system.

With over 25 years of experience building software platforms and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions powered by AI/ML, APIs, data and microservices, Thomas leads the Global Software Engineering and Cloud operations teams at Boomi, responsible for delivering AI-powered intelligent iPaaS solutions to customers.

Most recently, Thomas served as EVP and CTO at NI, where he was responsible for transforming the test and measurement industry with generative AI and data. Before joining NI, he was CTO and SVP of Engineering at SAP Ariba. He has also served in CTO and VP roles at General Electric and Emirates Group, and technology leadership roles at Visa, Walmart, and Oracle.

Thomas holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from The College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, India. He also holds patents to help use Blockchain to track the provenance of supply chains.

As General Counsel at Boomi, Elizabeth Poole is responsible for overseeing Boomi’s legal and compliance obligations worldwide. A seasoned attorney specializing in technology, software licensing, global employment and complex commercial transactions, Elizabeth draws on her nearly 20 years of legal experience to lead the company’s global legal team.

Elizabeth initially joined Boomi in 2016 as a commercial transaction attorney, supporting Boomi’s growing sales team. During that period, she also contributed to the development of Boomi’s legal team and processes. After a period leading complex transactions for Dell Technologies’ enterprise sales teams, she returned to Boomi in 2021 to help stand up the organization’s legal department as Boomi emerged from Dell as an independent company.

Prior to turning her focus to the technology industry, Elizabeth was General Counsel for the Texas State Teachers Association. Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the DePaul University College of Law.

Jim Sears is Boomi’s Senior Vice President of Services and Support. Of his more than 30 years of industry experience, more than a decade has been dedicated to Boomi. Jim’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving Boomi’s growth and unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Throughout his tenure, Jim has played a pivotal role in the exponential growth of Boomi’s Professional Services business. Under his leadership, the team expanded from a modest four consultants to an impressive force of several hundred consultants, support engineers, architects, leaders, and project managers.

Jim holds an MBA and a B.S. from Villanova University.

Brian Decker is a Partner at Francisco Partners. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2008. Brian currently serves on the boards of BeyondTrust, Boomi, Forcepoint, SmartBear, and Sonicwall. He also previously served on the boards of Grass Valley, Healthland, K2, Perforce, Plex, Quest, Sandvine, Sectigo, and Watchguard.

Brian has a B.A.Sc from the University of Waterloo as well as an M.Eng. from Cornell University.

He previously worked at McKinsey.

Andrew Kowal is a Partner at Francisco Partners. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2001. Andrew currently serves on the boards of Boomi, Forcepoint, GoTo, LastPass, and Sandvine. He also previously served on the boards of Aderant, Corsair, Ichor Systems, iconectiv, Magnachip, Metrologic, Mitel Networks, Optanix, ShoreGroup, Source Photonics, and Tile.

Andrew has a B.S.E. from University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
He previously worked at Princes Gate Investors, the private equity arm of the Institutional Securities Division of Morgan Stanley.

Dipanjan “DJ” Deb is a Co-Founder and CEO of Francisco Partners (FP). Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 1999 and currently serves on the boards of BeyondTrust, GoodRX (GDRX), LegalZoom (LZ), and SonicWall. He has previously served on the boards of ON / AMI Semiconductor (AMIS), Barracuda Networks (CUDA), CBA, C-MAC, Conexant (CNXT), Corsair, Cross Match, Globespan (GSPN), K2, Legerity, MagnaChip, Metrologic, NPTest/Credence (CMOS), Numonyx, Perforce, Plex Software, Quest Software, Sectigo, Smart Modular Technologies (SMOD), Ultra Clean Technologies (UCTT), and Verifone.

In addition, DJ serves on the UC Berkeley Engineering School Board, the board of UC Berkeley Management, Entrepreneurship & Technology (MET), the Stanford GSB Advisory Council, the UCSF Foundation Board of Directors, and the UCSF Investment Committee Board. He is also in the YPO Barbary Coast Chapter.

DJ teaches the “Finance of Private Equity” class at the GSB with Professor Ilya Strebulaev. Previously, he served on the Stanford University Board of Trustees and the Stanford GSB Management Council where he was chair.
DJ has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California Berkeley (Regents Scholar) as well as an MBA from Stanford GSB.

Prior to joining FP, DJ worked at TPG, Robertson Stephens & Company, and McKinsey & Company.

Nehal Raj is Co-Managing Partner of TPG Capital and Co-Managing Partner of TPG Tech Adjacencies (TTAD). He also co-leads the firm’s investment activities in software and enterprise technology across its private equity platforms.
Prior to joining TPG in 2006, Nehal was an investor at Francisco Partners and worked in the Tech M&A group at Morgan Stanley. He received an AB with Distinction in Economics and MS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University (Phi Beta Kappa) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar).

Nehal serves on the board of the following TPG investments: Boomi, ClaimsXten, Digital.ai, Kaseya, Nintex, Noodle.ai, Planview, and WellSky. Nehal was previously a director of a number of TPG investments prior to their successful exits, including: C3 AI, CCC Information Services, IQVIA, Intergraph, Wind River, and Zscaler.

Nehal also serves on Stanford University’s H&S Council and Undergraduate Cabinet, the HBS Fund Council, the Board of Trustees of San Francisco University High School, the Advisory Board of Breakthrough San Francisco, and previously served on the Board of Trustees of San Francisco Day School.

Art Heidrich is based in San Francisco, where he helps lead and support TPG’s investment activities in software and enterprise technology.
Art currently serves on the boards of Boomi, ClaimsXten, Digital.ai, Sauce Labs, and WellSky, and has been involved with investments in Advent Software, C3 AI, Checkmarx, Eze Software, IMS Health, Sonatype, SunGard Data Systems, Vertafore, and Wind River.
Prior to joining TPG in 2011, Art worked in the technology investment banking group at Morgan Stanley, where he advised on and executed M&A and corporate finance transactions.
He received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

James Larson is a Vice President based in San Francisco, and has been with TPG since 2015. James works across TPG Capital and TPG Growth focusing on technology investments.

James has been or is currently involved with TPG’s investments in IMS Health, LLamasoft, McAfee, and WellSky (formerly Mediware + Kinnser). Prior to joining TPG, James worked at Blackstone, where he advised on and executed M&A and corporate finance transactions.

James holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

As the former Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Deloitte, Larry Quinlan held responsibility for the $45B professional services firm’s technology strategy and operations, overseeing more than 10,000 information technology (IT) professionals in 175 countries.

Sought-after for his understanding of strategic impacts of emerging technologies, Larry brings over 35 years of experience advising Fortune 500 boards and CEOs.

Larry currently sits on numerous boards, including those of two public companies: ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), a leader in cloud digital workflow, and Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), a world leader in real estate services, as well as UBS Americas Holding LLC where he chairs the Technology and Cyber Forum of the Board.

As former CEO of Ford Motor Company, Mark Fields brings three decades of experience driving innovation and business transformation initiatives across multi-billion-dollar public companies, as well as private equity-backed technology organizations.

Most recently, Mark served as Interim CEO of Hertz, and currently sits on the boards of Hertz, Qualcomm, Tanium, and Planview.

As a senior advisor to TPG Capital, Mark holds an economics degree from Rutgers University and a MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.

As Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at BeyondTrust, the worldwide leader in intelligent identity and access security, Janine Seebeck brings over 25 years of senior finance and operations experience across international, public and high-growth software as a service (SaaS) companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers.

As part of being on Boomi’s board, Janine will serve as the Audit Committee chair.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Janine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Accounting from John Carroll University.

Betsy Atkins is a digital native 3-time CEO and serial entrepreneur co-founding enterprise software companies in the energy, healthcare and software industries. She has scaled companies through hyper growth, helped give shape to the future of digitization, and led companies to successful IPO and acquisitions. She has served on over 38 public boards and been through 17 IPOs.

Her Corporate Board experience covers industries including: Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, CPG, Automotive, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Retail. She brings an operational perspective of how to tech enable to accelerate business solutions and “time-to-insight” for B2B and D2C enterprises. Betsy leverages broad contemporary knowledge of digital technology to reduce costs, drive efficiency and productivity, using AI machine learning analytics to streamline processes.

Betsy brings vision for elegant UX UI customer journey and experience, relentless customer focus and high business discipline around execution.

She currently serves on the boards of Wynn Resorts, Gopuff, Google Cloud, and Boomi.

Paul Cormier is a Senior Operating Partner at Francisco Partners. Based in Boston, he joined the firm in 2022.
He has a B.S. from Fitchburg State University and an M.S. in Software Development from Rochester Institute of Technology.

In 21+ years at Red Hat, Paul has driven much of the company’s open hybrid cloud strategy, playing an instrumental role in expanding Red Hat’s portfolio to a full, modern IT stack based on open-source innovation. He has led efforts to introduce the company’s enterprise subscription model, leading to the development of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and pioneered a hybrid cloud platform that played an instrumental role in IBM’s $34 billion acquisition of Red Hat in 2019.
