If you haven’t already done so, mark your calendar for the biggest Boomi event of the year, taking place May 12-15 in Chicago, Illinois. We’re in the midst of planning an exciting lineup of content, networking opportunities, and entertainment — and now is your chance to share your expertise.
The Boomi World 2026 Call for Papers is open through December 5, 2025. If you’ve built something groundbreaking with the Boomi Enterprise Platform, delivered remarkable outcomes for your organization, have unique industry insights to share, or all of the above, we’d love for you to submit a breakout session proposal.

Tips for Submission
We are looking for a wide range of session topics to appeal to the diverse community of Boomi users. Topics that include multiple elements of the Boomi Enterprise Platform; cover specific use cases; and/or show innovation, lessons learned, and human outcomes are preferred — but all ideas are welcome!
Use your imagination: what would *you* want to learn about? What differentiates your topic? What is the hook that will make people want to attend your session?
Session titles, abstracts, and key takeaways should be as detailed as possible. Boomi reserves the right to edit session titles and abstracts for clarity, consistency, and length.
New This Year: Speaker Pairings
Many of our speakers in 2025 expressed a wish to have more help with preparation and presenting. To address this, customer and partner presenters will be matched up with a Boomi expert to assist with topic and slide development. Any customer not co-presenting with a Boomi Partner will also be matched with a Boomi co-speaker.
If your proposal is approved, our content team will be in touch with you throughout the months leading up to the conference to help with presentation tips, slide development, and useful information.
We are also looking for customers who would like to co-present but are open to being paired with Boomi speakers based on need vs. a specific session topic. If this is of interest, or you have any questions on the submission process, please reach out to us directly at boomiworldspeaker@boomi.com.
Call for Papers FAQs
When will the breakout sessions be held?
Breakout sessions will be held the afternoons of May 13 and May 14. Speakers should plan to be onsite and able to speak through 5:30pm on May 14. (And you’ll want to stay for the closing celebration evening after the sessions end!)
How long are the breakouts?
Breakout sessions will be 45 minutes in duration. There will be 15 minutes between each session to allow ample time for attendees to move between rooms.
Do I get a free conference pass if my session is accepted?
Accepted speakers will receive a complimentary conference pass for the main conference, which begins the evening of May 12 and concludes after the celebration evening on May 14. Boomi will not cover travel and hotel costs.
Can I submit multiple proposals?
Yes! We encourage you to submit as many proposals as you would like. Each proposal will be considered individually.
Do I need to have specific speakers confirmed prior to submission?
Yes, all speakers included in your proposal(s) must be committed to participating in the event the session is accepted.
When will I find out if my session submission has been accepted?
All submissions will be reviewed by committee. Submitters will be notified of status by the end of January, 2026.
If my proposal is accepted, will my session be scheduled at the same time as others?
Yes. Each session room has a limited amount of space. We hold multiple concurrent breakout sessions to make sure our 1,000+ attendees can attend sessions at the same time.
