CMS Francis Lefebvre is a century-old French law firm and member of the international CMS organization, which brings together more than 7,200 lawyers in ~50 countries.
To support a more integrated and agile organization, the firm embarked on a program to modernize and streamline its core processes, starting with the migration of its main business functions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. The goal was to effectively connect all departments within eight months, while ensuring business continuity.
Integration Challenges
Managing financial reconciliation and payroll processing required significant administrative resources, and an incomplete view of HR data limited the team’s full potential for efficiency. CMS Francis Lefebvre identified data flow as a key component for improvement, which the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 could solve.

As part of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration, the IT team used Boomi’s AI-driven automation capabilities to build 30 new integrations to connect its payroll, finance, and HR systems with the ERP in less than 8 months.
