How will nominations be evaluated?
Judges will assess each entry based on the categories below.
1. Future preparedness
- Are you architecting solutions for the challenges ahead?
- Are you leveraging Boomi to make your business agile and adaptable to change, hurdles, and disruptions?
2. Uniqueness
- Have you set yourself apart from others in your industry?
- Does your project reflect a distinctive vision and approach with our solutions?
3. Business impact
- What were your business goals and how did your project help you achieve them?
- Did it deliver positive, measurable impact to the business by driving growth, lowering costs, increasing productivity, saving time etc.?
4. Digital transformation
- How has your project enabled and accelerated your organization’s digital transformation?
- Why did you change your products, services, or operations to transform?
Boomi Boosters are key topics that can enhance your award submission. While not mandatory, highlighting these topics where relevant can give your entry an edge.
The Boomi Boosters for North America for 2025 are:
1. AI
- Are you utilizing Boomi AI?
- Are you using Boomi solutions to become AI Ready?
- How are you using GenAI (e.g. ChatGPT) along with Boomi workflows/processes?
2. API Management
- Are you developing solutions to get control of API sprawl or building federated API solutions?
- How have we helped you get your hands around the proliferation of custom-built APIs?
3. Data Management
- Are you creating a data pipeline for synchronization or to feed AI initiatives?
- Are you moving large amounts of data?
4. ERP
- Have you successfully created a composable ERP?
- Have you reduced complexity in other ways?
- Have you improved forecasting, logistics, or inventory management?
5. Scalability
- Do you have high value customers that require capacity and have high SLAs?
- i.e. 1 million+ API calls per day? or 100k+ execution/documents/records per day

Organizations in North America with an active Boomi implementation are invited to submit a nomination for the Innovation Awards. Partners may also submit nominations on behalf of their customers.
To be considered for a Boomi Innovation Award, your organization must meet and agree to the criteria below:
- Have an active Boomi implementation
- Organizational submission approval (e.g. a customer must actively sign off on the submission, even when the nomination is completed by a Boomi partner)
- Participation in a minimum amount of press/marketing as a winner, including logo and name usage, mentions on our website, press releases, social media, etc.
The Boomi Innovation Awards are company-based awards, but we will celebrate the individual responsible for the project/submission on behalf of the company.
As a winner, you will be offered a pass to Boomi World 2025 where your story and achievements will be celebrated. Boomi will also celebrate you across marketing channels, so all winners will be asked to provide their company logo, a personal headshot, and biography.
8-10 Innovation Award winners will be selected.

Yes, partners may submit nominations on behalf of their customers. But customers must provide their permission for you to submit on their behalf.
You may re-submit your nomination form until nominations close on November 20, 2024. We will only consider the latest submission.

Eligibility: The Boomi Innovation Awards program is open to all current Boomi customers in North America (excluding any government buyers and any party who is not allowed to participate in contests or authorize marketing or logo usage as described in these terms) that are in good standing. No customer is required to participate in the Boomi Innovation Awards program. No one is eligible if participation would in any way violate their commitments to any other party including, without limitation, their own organization.
Boomi reserves the right to establish and modify the structure, timing, awards, and all other details and aspects of the Boomi Innovation Awards program in its sole and exclusive discretion. Boomi may change or withdraw any awards offered or given, and/or any term or condition of the Boomi Innovation Awards program, at any time. Boomi maintains sole discretion and authority to choose the winners and award(s) recipient(s). Boomi further reserves the right to limit participation or exclude certain customers from the Boomi Innovation Awards program based on their ineligibility, including but not limited to, their status as government buyers or any party who is not allowed to participate, as well as any customer who is in breach of its obligations of any applicable Boomi agreements, or for any other reason in Boomi’s sole discretion.
By submitting this entry nominating your organization for the Boomi Innovation Awards program, you confirm that you are authorized to: (i) submit this entry on behalf of your organization, (ii) confirm your organization is eligible to participate and that such participation does not violate any commitments to any other party, (iii) confirm your organization will support marketing and reference activities for Boomi, including, but not limited to, authorizing photographs, videos, interviews, testimonials, press releases and activities, and case studies for use by Boomi for promotional purposes, (iv) allow Boomi to use your organization’s name, logo(s), and other identifying information, as well as photographs, videos, interviews, quotes, and any other information provided by or on behalf of your organization, at Boomi’s discretion, internally among Boomi affiliates and/or for external publication and promotion on Boomi’s websites, social media sites, in trade shows, industry publications, marketing materials, and/or in any other marketing collateral or mediums, as part of Boomi sales and marketing activities and related reference materials, and (v) allow Boomi to identify in public disclosures that your organization is a customer or partner of Boomi. By submitting this entry, you agree that the foregoing items provided by your organization in connection with this program (but not your organization’s name, logo(s) or other intellectual property), will become the property of Boomi. By submitting this entry on behalf of your organization, you and your organization hold harmless, waive, discharge, and generally release Boomi from all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action with respect to the Boomi Innovation Awards program, which you or your organization, its affiliates, direct and indirect subsidiaries, managing partners, controlling or related entities, officers, directors, shareholders, members, agents, representatives, employees, successors, assigns, and heirs may make now, or ever, while acting on your or your organization’s behalf. This consent, release, and submission are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. By submitting this entry, you are voluntarily consenting for your organization to be considered for the Boomi Innovation Awards program, and as such, Boomi may rely on your promises herein. This consent and release shall survive in perpetuity.
