The latest advancements in our Q3 2025 roadmap focus on three core themes: Enhancing Connectivity & Observability, Delivering Innovative Solutions, and Providing a Seamless Experience. These initiatives align with our overarching goal of improving the performance and scalability of our core product, enhancing security, and ensuring a cohesive user experience for all our customers.
Event Streams Acknowledgement Operation
We’ve introduced a new Acknowledge operation for the Event Streams Connector, giving you more explicit control over message processing. When consuming messages, you can now use the “Acknowledge Later” option to defer confirmation. This ensures a message is only marked as fully processed when the new Acknowledge operation is encountered later in your workflow. For added reliability, a configurable 5-minute timeout automatically marks unacknowledged messages for redelivery, preventing processing stalls. These powerful new features are supported by a streamlined UI for a more intuitive experience.
Enhancing Connectivity and Observability
We are expanding protocol support to include Kafka, enabling seamless integration with existing Kafka configurations and opening up new avenues for data ingestion into Boomi.
As we look ahead, we are committed to implementing audit logging. This feature will include a notification service for tracking activities such as the creation, editing, and deletion of environments, topics, subscriptions, and region changes. By enhancing transparency and governance within the platform, we aim to provide our users with greater control and oversight of their data flows.
Innovative Solutions
Next on our roadmap is the introduction of dynamic topic routing with filtering. This capability will empower users to perform custom mapping of topics and apply header-based conditions to filter messages effectively. By ensuring that only relevant messages are processed and routed to consumers, we are enabling more efficient and targeted data handling.
Looking further into the future, we plan to launch a schema registry. This feature will allow users to apply profiles to topics and enforce specific data types, enhancing data integrity and consistency across the platform.
Providing a Seamless Experience
Our team is also dedicated to providing a seamless user experience. We are focused on simplifying the connector operations UI and implementing performance tuning measures to reduce latency and improve overall usability. Additionally, we are planning to implement message batching functionality for producing messages in Event Streams. This enhancement will significantly improve throughput and efficiency, allowing users to handle larger volumes of data with ease.

Data Integration
Limor Fledel Vagman
Introducing Data Integration
Boomi’s Data Integration service, formerly known as Rivery, is designed to simplify and accelerate how organizations move, transform, and act on their data. As a modern cloud-native service, it supports a wide range of integration use cases — from ingesting data from APIs or on-prem databases for example, to transforming and orchestrating complex data pipelines, and ultimately activating that data across business systems through reverse ETL.
At its core, the service is built to make complex data integration simple, empowering data teams with everything they need to scale data delivery for AI and analytics. Whether powering real-time insights, machine learning pipelines, or operational automations, Data Integration enables fast, reliable, and governed access to trusted data.
Our philosophy is to support data teams not only in building and running data flows, but in managing the full data lifecycle with control, scale, and ease. The platform provides a low-code experience, support for Python and SQL, built-in orchestration, and robust monitoring and governance tools — making it accessible to both technical and business users across the enterprise.
Delivery Highlights
This quarter marked a major step forward with the first delivery milestone of our product integration with Boomi. Customers can now access Data Integration directly through the Boomi platform via SSO, with updated branding and new pricing models that align with Boomi’s broader service offerings. Active and trial accounts can be provisioned seamlessly, enabling frictionless access to data integration capabilities.
Another key milestone was the general availability of the Data Connector Agent — a breakthrough feature that empowers users to generate custom connectors for any REST-based data source in just minutes. This capability removes the burden of coding, testing, and maintaining one-off connectors. Instead, users simply provide an API documentation URL and credentials, and Boomi handles the rest: generating the connector, managing schema inference and pipeline orchestration, handling retries and errors, and enforcing enterprise-grade security and governance.
With the Data Connector Agent and GenAI-powered Blueprint creation, organizations can dramatically reduce the time to integrate with long-tail or internal APIs, while ensuring operational resilience and scalability from day one.
Up Next
Looking ahead, our Data Integration roadmap is anchored in three strategic themes: Connect to Anywhere, Developer Experience, and Management & Scale.
These pillars guide our investments as we expand capabilities across the platform.
Connect to Anywhere
We’re launching a Blueprints Marketplace that enables users to share and install AI-generated connector templates, accelerating connectivity to long-tail or custom data sources. Building on this foundation, we’re also developing an Autonomous Connector — an AI-powered, self-maintaining connector that can adapt to schema and API changes without manual updates.
We’re expanding our native connector library to include SAP (Boomi for SAP), Iceberg, OneLake, SharePoint, Amazon Ads, and Adobe Feed, making it easier to bring data from critical business systems into your workflows.
We’re also advancing resilient database replication, with support for automated checkpointing and enhanced change data capture (CDC) performance, enabling high-volume, fault-tolerant data movement at scale.
Lastly, we’re introducing foundational support for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) use cases, including enabling Boomi Agentstudio’s Knowledge Base, support for VectorDB as a target, and orchestration of RAG processes directly within Data Integration.
Developer Experience
To elevate the developer experience, we’re evolving Data Integration into a fully API-centric service, providing end-to-end API coverage so teams can create, manage, and operate pipelines programmatically. In parallel, CLI-based support will let users build and deploy integration flows through scriptable interfaces that plug seamlessly into modern CI/CD pipelines. Native Git integration will add robust version control and pull-request workflows, simplifying collaboration and ensuring clear ownership across data projects.
Management and Scale
We’re delivering features that support secure, enterprise-grade operations. This includes the launch of a new cloud region in Australia (AWS), expanding our global footprint for improved performance and compliance. We’re also introducing a hybrid agent framework for secure on-prem and cloud connectivity, along with tighter integration with Boomi DataHub to unify metadata and governance. Additional investments include enhanced operational controls to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data delivery.
These roadmap priorities are all about enabling customers to integrate faster, build smarter, and scale with confidence across the Boomi platform.
