Think about all the changes we’re seeing in business today. We’re witnessing an incredible explosion of applications to help run our organizations. The volume of data is growing exponentially. There’s an extreme labor shortage for technical skills.

That doesn’t even include the seismic disruptions caused by the pandemic that turned our world upside down.

Everything is moving faster, and by and large, becoming more virtual. That’s why at Boomi, we look at ourselves as change agents. We help organizations navigate the massive challenges around digital transformation through intelligently connecting applications, automating processes, and building efficient workflows. Change is part of our DNA because we live and breathe it every day with our customers as we guide and accelerate their modernization journeys.

We’re experiencing some exciting change ourselves as Boomi enters a new, aggressive growth phase. Boomi CEO Chris McNabb has eloquently explained why we’re so thrilled about what the future holds. But we’ve especially been there for them through some difficult moments over the past 18 months. That helps explain something that we often hear. Customers will tell us: “Boomi team members are just really nice people. We like doing business with you.”

Let me give you an example. One of our customers is a home-fitness company that’s in a spectacular hyper-growth phase. The business came to us with a relatively straightforward problem.
