Boomi Innovation Awards Nomination Form

Eligibility: The Boomi Innovation Awards program is open to all current Boomi customers in Asia Pacific (excluding any party who is not allowed to participate in contests or authorizing marketing or logo usage as described in these terms) that are in good standing. No customer is required to participate in the Boomi Innovation Awards program. No one is eligible if participation would in any way violate their commitments to any other party including, without limitation, their own organization.

Boomi maintains sole and exclusive discretion to establish and modify the structure, timing, awards, and all other details and aspects of the Boomi Innovation Awards program. Boomi may change or withdraw any awards offered or given, and/or any term or condition of the Boomi Innovation Awards program, at any time. Boomi maintains sole discretion and authority to choose the winners and award(s) recipient(s). Boomi reserves the right to modify, terminate or cancel the Boomi Innovation Awards program at any time and in its sole discretion. Boomi further reserves the right to limit participation or exclude certain customers from the Boomi Innovation Awards program based on their ineligibility, including but not limited to, their status as government buyers or any party who is not allowed to participate, as well as any customer who is in breach of its obligations of any applicable Boomi agreements, or for any other reason in Boomi’s sole discretion.

By submitting this entry nominating your organization for the Boomi Innovation Awards program, you confirm that you are authorized to: (i) submit this entry on behalf of your organization, (ii) confirm your organization will support marketing and reference activities for Boomi, including, but not limited to, authorizing photographs, videos, interviews, testimonials, press releases and activities, and case studies for use by Boomi for promotional purposes, (iii) allow Boomi to use your organization’s name, logo(s), and other identifying information, as well as photographs, videos, interviews, quotes, and any other information provided by or on behalf of your organization, at Boomi’s discretion, internally among Boomi affiliates and/or for external publication and promotion on Boomi’s websites, social media sites, in trade shows, industry publications, marketing materials, and/or in any other marketing collateral or mediums, as part of Boomi sales and marketing activities and related reference materials, and (iv) allow Boomi to identify in public disclosures that your organization is a customer or partner of Boomi. By submitting this entry, you agree that the foregoing items provided by your organization in connection with this program (but not your organization’s name, logo(s) or other intellectual property), will become the property of Boomi. By submitting this entry on behalf of your organization, you and your organization hold harmless, waive, discharge, and generally release Boomi from all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action with respect to the Boomi Innovation Awards program, which you or your organization, its affiliates, direct and indirect subsidiaries, managing partners, controlling or related entities, officers, directors, shareholders, members, agents, representatives, employees, successors, assigns, and heirs may make now, or ever, while acting on your or your organization’s behalf. This consent, release, and submission are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. By submitting this entry, you are voluntarily consenting for your organization to be considered for the Boomi Innovation Awards program, and as such, Boomi may rely on your promises herein. This consent and release shall survive in perpetuity.
