Keep Boomi Running Smoothly With the Support & Maintenance Role-Based Path

Boomi’s Global User Development Team (GUD) is thrilled to announce the launch of the Support & Maintenance Role-Based Path (RBP). This role is designed to accelerate user enablement on the Boomi platform and is one of four Boomi roles in the RBP initiative along with Project Manager, Developer, and Architect.

After Boomi integrations and runtimes have been set up, this RBP picks up where training leaves off by providing users with tangible tools: Playbooks, strategies, tips and tricks, and resources — to enhance user expertise and confidence. This effectively elevates users from self-help to self-optimization, to keep your integrations operating well.

The Support & Maintenance RBP provides users with the following:

  • Support Playbook. How to support Boomi integrations and runtimes when issues occur, including a guided path from issue awareness through implementing the resolution. Contains guidelines, strategies, tips and tricks, and relevant knowledge articles.
  • Common Support and Maintenance Considerations. Insightful fundamentals that apply to both support and maintenance and captured in one area. Contains details and relevant knowledge articles.
  • Maintenance Guide. How to proactively maintain Boomi integrations, runtimes, and connectors in order to keep them running at peak performance. Contains guidelines, strategies, tips and tricks, and relevant knowledge articles.
