We’re a mere three months away from Boomi World 2024, which takes place May 6-9 in Denver, Colorado at the Sheraton Denver Downtown, and our team thought it would be nice to share how we got here.
Boomi introduced its groundbreaking integration platform as a service in 2008. It was the first integration platform to be built completely in the cloud — in fact, our platform is what launched the whole iPaaS category. But it wasn’t until 2017 that Boomi held its inaugural user conference.
Boomi World: The Beginning
That first Boomi World took place in San Francisco at the Westin St. Francis Hotel, and was considered a rousing success both from Boomi’s perspective, and more importantly, from the perspectives of our customers and partners. Soon thereafter, in April 2018, the company made its first Boomi World Tour stop, in London.
What we learned from those first events is that the power of connection is not to be underestimated. While connecting online or on the phone has value, there’s nothing that can truly compare with meeting people in real life.
That’s why for 2024, seven years after the first Boomi World, with two subsequent Boomi Worlds, two pandemic-inspired virtual “Out of This World” events, and multiple Boomi World Tour stops under our belt, we’ve brought our premier connection event of the year back — face-to-face, and better than ever.
