Data Without Borders? Rethinking Sovereignty, Control, and Compliance

Highly regulated industries (Financial Services, Public Sector, Healthcare and others)

Data sovereignty has moved from a legal footnote to a board-level priority. For organizations operating in highly regulated industries—such as financial services, healthcare, and the public sector—the challenge is no longer just where data resides. It’s how to maintain control, ensure compliance, and enable innovation in an environment defined by overlapping regulations, regional restrictions, and growing geopolitical uncertainty.

In this interactive session, Michael Bachman, Head of Research and Emerging Technology at Boomi, will explore with you the central tension businesses face: balancing strict jurisdictional requirements with the operational need for real-time data access across borders, cloud platforms, and partner ecosystems. Many organizations struggle with fragmented architectures, inconsistent policy enforcement, limited visibility into data flows, and the risk of regulatory penalties—all while trying to modernize and adopt AI-driven capabilities. The discussion will focus on practical strategies for designing sovereign-by-design architectures, embedding compliance into integration and data governance frameworks, and reducing risk without slowing innovation. Attendees will gain actionable insights into how to build resilient, future-ready data environments that meet regulatory demands while supporting agility, scalability, and competitive advantage.

3:50 PM – 4:35 PM

Connected Value Chain: Improving Shop Floor Resilience and Sustainability

Manufacturing, Automotive, and Logistics

As manufacturers transition toward Industry 5.0, sustaining a competitive advantage now demands a fundamental pivot: moving away from manual coordination toward a model of data-driven resilience across the entire value chain. Without it, visibility remains clouded by legacy silos, leaving leaders blind to real-time shifts in production demand and material availability.

Led by Carol Egan, Go-to-Market Strategy Lead at Boomi, this leadership roundtable examines how activating shop floor data converts operational pressures into strategic assets. Our discussion will center on modernizing the shop floor to boardroom connection, helping organizations scale customer innovation, drive productivity, and power quality compliance. Join fellow industry leaders to explore practical frameworks for building high-performance operations in manufacturing, automotive and logistics companies.

3:50 PM – 4:35 PM

Beyond Omnichannel: Setting the Foundation for Unified Commerce

Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods

From global to local, shoppers expect frictionless experiences across every channel, even as retailers navigate supply chain volatility and rising costs. Intelligent interactions are becoming the norm, and retailers must move beyond silos from fragmented systems to inconsistent inventory visibility to stay competitive.

This leadership roundtable, led by Ken Jaroenchisakon, Director of Product and Solution Marketing at Boomi, will explore core challenges shaping the retail industry and how modern technologies, including agentic AI, can address them. Join fellow industry leaders to discuss practical strategies and frameworks to enhance customer experience, advance supply chain agility, and accelerate brand expansion.

3:50 PM – 4:35 PM

The New Service Standard: Turning Billable Hours into Client Trust

Professional Services (Consulting, Legal, Managed Outsourcing and others)

As client expectations rise amid rapid digital shifts, the traditional billable hour is no longer the sole measure of value. To stay competitive, firms must pivot from reactive project assignments to proactive, trust-based partnerships. However, many are held back by fragmented systems and manual delivery silos that limit utilization and performance.

This leadership roundtable, led by Tyler Robey, Senior Director of Go-to-Market Strategy at Boomi, will explore how activating data across your operational foundation can transform service delivery. We will discuss how modernizing the connectivity across project ecosystems allows leaders to leverage AI to optimize resource allocation, scale expertise, and build lasting client loyalty. Join your peers to discuss strategies for moving beyond the siloed spreadsheet and building a connected delivery engine designed for sustainable, high-margin growth.

3:50 PM – 5:25 PM

Higher Education Community Meeting – Reimagining the Digital Campus: Connecting Systems, Data, and Experiences in Higher Education

Higher education institutions are navigating a period of rapid transformation. Universities and colleges are under pressure to deliver more personalized student experiences, modernize legacy systems, improve operational efficiency, and support hybrid learning environments—while managing constrained budgets and complex regulatory requirements. At the same time, fragmented applications and disconnected data across admissions, student systems, finance, research, and campus services often make it difficult to innovate at the pace institutions need.

This community session brings together business and technical leaders in higher education to share challenges, exchange ideas, and explore practical approaches to building a more connected digital campus. We will also discuss what it means for institutions to be AI-ready—from establishing trusted, integrated data foundations to ensuring systems and governance structures can support emerging AI-driven capabilities.

Join peers from across the higher education community to discuss lessons learned, emerging priorities, and how technology can help institutions become more agile, efficient, and future-ready.

4:40 PM – 5:25 PM

From Data to Delivery: Accelerating the Frictionless Supply Chain

Economic volatility and geopolitical disruption are forcing supply chain leaders to balance aggressive cost-reduction mandates with rising expectations for speed and service. Yet many organizations still lack the operational visibility needed to drive higher performance. This leadership roundtable, led by Carol Egan, Go-to-Market Strategy Lead at Boomi, will discuss how activating data for AI can remove friction across the supply chain, enabling teams to better manage inventory, improve fill rates, and fulfill orders more reliably. Join fellow IT and business leaders to explore frameworks on how to move from reactive to proactive supply chain operations that deliver true service excellence and commercial outcomes beyond cost savings.

4:40 PM – 5:25 PM

Redefining Organizational Cultures: Growing the Human-and-AI Workforce

Modern enterprise growth is no longer defined by headcount, but by the quality of the talent experience and the agility of the workforce. Yet, many HR leaders are hindered by fragmented people intelligence that obscures skill gaps, complicates global compliance, and risks burnout through unclear role design. This leadership roundtable, led by Tyler Robey, Senior Director of Go-to-Market Strategy at Boomi, will explore how evolving HR workflows with AI can bridge these operational gaps. Join fellow IT and business leaders to discuss frameworks for activating organizational data to increase team capability and drive higher engagement, building a workforce structure that withstands market volatility.

4:40 PM – 5:25 PM

Activating AI Agents for Faster, Smarter Financial Operations

When margins compress and liquidity is low, finance leaders must navigate budget reallocations and high-stakes trade-offs. Constrained by legacy manual processes and static spreadsheets, these decisions are hindered by fragmented data and visibility, leaving their teams burdened with data collection rather than strategic insights. This leadership roundtable, led by Ken Jaroenchisakon, Director of Product and Solution Marketing at Boomi, will explore how activating financial data and evolving finance processes with AI can set the foundation to improve margin discipline. Join fellow IT and finance leaders to discuss frameworks based on real-world use cases for optimizing working capital, sustaining cost control, and increasing financial integrity.

4:40 PM – 5:25 PM

The AI Transformation Playbook: Lessons from Boomi’s Internal Rollout

From automation to insight, enterprises are racing to deploy AI agents that move the needle on productivity, even as they navigate data silos and governance complexities. Intelligent agents are becoming the standard for modern operations, yet organizations must move beyond the hype to address the practical hurdles of integration and trust. This roundtable will explore the real-world deployment of agents across Finance, Marketing, and Sales to drive measurable impact. Join us for practical tips from our “Boomi on Boomi” journey, focusing on the lessons learned, governance frameworks, and key principles for successfully activating AI agents at scale across the enterprise.
