Integration Challenges
For years, Fulton developers had custom-coded integrations between systems, or the bank hired third-party services to develop integrations. Both approaches proved costly and time-consuming while leaving the bank with a “tangled web” of point-to-point connections.
Fulton turned to Boomi on the recommendation of Slalom, a Boomi partner the bank engaged to connect Salesforce with a core banking application. Boomi has since become Fulton’s standard integration platform thanks to its ease of use, speed of development, and flexibility across multiple use cases.

Fulton is sidestepping vendor service costs, such as one vendor’s six-figure price quote to create recurring report for a business unit. Fulton’s in-house Boomi team created the report in a couple weeks. The bank is also achieving 360-degree customer views because staff has customer data in a single location, not separate systems.

Fulton has expanded Boomi usage with 350 integration processes across 83 endpoints, digitally transforming experiences for customers, employees, and fintech partners while liberating front-line and operational staff from manual data work with Boomi-powered automation.
