And, it could be easy to inadvertently confuse one email address with another — for example, John Smith might be jsmith or jsmith2, if there are other John Smiths or J. Smiths within the organization. If you’re provisioning accounts, it’s important to ensure you’ve got the right user set up — it’s a security issue as well as a business issue.
