Boomi Answers, which provides Boomi Enterprise Platform support, expands its knowledge with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). RAG is a key technique in modern AI, becoming increasingly relevant in our platform. It is a process that enables you to access specific, often proprietary, data that you safeguard from the world. This allows organizations to ground AI responses, making them more contextually relevant. Grounded AI outputs provide most accurate and up-to-date information – with fewer hallucinations – improving your internal decision-making.
