Rivery Sub-processors

The following sub-processors apply to Rivery products if purchased according to your respective Order Form

Rivery uses certain sub-processors to assist it in providing services. A sub-processor is a third party or Rivery affiliate data processor who has or potentially will have access to or process Personal Data on behalf of Rivery’s customer, in accordance with their instructions (as agreed with Rivery), and in compliance with terms of the written agreement between Rivery and the customer.

Rivery requires such sub-processors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that personal data processed by the sub-processor is protected to the standard required by applicable laws.

Rivery engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions. Third parties who are used to provide the services but do not have access to or process Personal Data are not considered sub-processors.

List of Sub-processors

(a) Core Infrastructure Data Sub-processors

These Data Sub-processors apply to all customers who utilize the Rivery platform and are agnostic of product utilization.

(b) Pipeline Data Sub-processors

These Data Sub-processors apply to customers who use specific product functionality within the Rivery platform which is supported by a non-core infrastructure Data Subprocessor, including specific destination partners.

(c) Service Specific Data Sub-processors

These service specific Sub-processors may be utilized to manage our business.
