Vancouver, B.C. and Conshohocken, PA., – February 6, 2025 – Boomi, the intelligent integration and automation leader, today announced the grand opening of its Center of Excellence (CoE) in Vancouver, B.C. The newly opened CoE will support strategic business functions, including business, operational, and sales development, and bring hundreds of job opportunities to the local economy.
“The opening of Boomi’s Vancouver office marks a significant milestone in our continued global growth strategy, and positions the company well to tap into Vancouver’s highly skilled local talent,” said Steve Lucas, CEO, of Boomi. “This new hub will enhance our ability to deliver unique, personalized, and customized solutions and support for customers worldwide.”
After initially entering the Vancouver market in 2023, Boomi has hired nearly 200 new employees, with plans to continue to grow its team in 2025. Boomi officially opened its permanent CoE collaborative office in Vancouver’s downtown Bentall Centre, which is at the intersection of Vancouver’s work, play, and life sector. The company has three full floors of dedicated offices across 53,602 sq feet, featuring flexible and collaborative workspaces and amenities including an athletic center, free bicycle storage, access to rent HEYYA! street-legal golf carts, EV charging stations, a dedicated cafe and town hall space, and more, all to provide an optimal team environment. The office is led by locally-based Boomi executives Greg Wolfe, Chief Commercial Officer; Alison Biggan, Chief Marketing Officer; and Troy Anderson, Global Commercial Market Vice President.
“We’re excited to welcome Boomi to downtown Vancouver,” said Ken Sim, Mayor of Vancouver. “This is a win for our city, bringing more high-value jobs, strengthening our local economy, and creating new opportunities for innovation. These efforts are helping Vancouver establish itself as a top destination for global tech enterprises.”
“Boomi’s decision to establish their office at the Bentall Centre is a testament to Vancouver’s growing appeal as a vibrant, forward-thinking city for global organizations,” said Chuck We, Executive Vice President, Pacific Northwest & Canada at Hudson Pacific Properties, operator and co-owner of Bentall Centre. “We look forward to welcoming the Boomi team to the Bentall Centre campus, where they can take full advantage of the unique programming, dynamic public spaces, and robust amenities we offer.”
The Vancouver office builds upon the company’s global expansion, including the recent openings of its new headquarters in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; a Bengaluru, India office, further investment in Japan, and additional Center of Excellence locations in Sydney, Australia and Barcelona, Spain.
