Lucy is a journalist, presenter and live host specialising in technology. Lucy began her career writing for gadget website Shiny Shiny, then went on to become multimedia editor for Stuff magazine, and is now Technology Editor for Metro, the world’s largest free newspaper and the third biggest newspaper in the UK. She is a frequent technology speaker at Grand Designs Live and has appeared across a number of TV and radio platforms. Lucy has a passion for all things tech and has a depth of knowledge and expertise across a variety of topics in the field.

Steve Lucas is a multi-time CEO with 27 years of leadership experience in enterprise software. He has held CEO and senior executive roles at some of the world’s leading cloud organizations, including Marketo, iCIMS, Adobe, SAP, Salesforce and BusinessObjects. Lucas led both Marketo and iCIMS’ growth and transformation as CEO, driving successful multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and billion-dollar strategic investments for both organizations.

As the CEO of iCIMS, Lucas drove growth and profitability through product innovation and five strategic acquisitions over a three-year period. He established iCIMS’ position as the world’s leading talent acquisition cloud platform, as well as launched an entirely new product line, the Talent Cloud for recruiting that enables 40% of the Fortune 100 to hire millions of people every year. In 2022, Lucas led a billion-dollar investment round in iCIMS from TA Associates, along with Vista Equity partners, nearly tripling the valuation of the business.

At Marketo, Lucas accelerated double-digit growth and profitability, leading the take-private turnaround of the company, which resulted in a $4.75B acquisition by Adobe in 2018, the largest acquisition at the time in Adobe’s history. Lucas drove a complete transformation of the sales, marketing and product portfolio for the business, more than tripling the value of the business and doubling recurring revenue in a 24-month period.

Prior to joining Marketo in 2016, Lucas was President of SAP’s Platform & Analytics Products globally, including SAP’s HANA, PaaS, Database, Analytics, Data Integration and IoT businesses.

As a type 1 diabetic, he dedicates time to raising awareness, education and funds to find a cure. He has served on the boards of the American Diabetes Association and Children’s Diabetes Foundation, where he speaks to youth about managing their diabetes and overcoming obstacles.

Lucas holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Colorado, is a published author of several books, and serves on multiple philanthropic and education boards.

Ed Macosky is the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Boomi (CPTO). He has more than 20 years of experience building high performing agile teams, designing and launching new software and service products, solution delivery and customer retention. Ed works to establish and execute Boomi’s product vision and roadmap – delivering an intelligent, flexible and scalable integration platform that accelerates business outcomes by making information, interactions and innovations flow faster.

Prior to joining Boomi in early 2019, Ed spent almost five years at Oracle, where he served as Vice President of Middleware/PaaS DevOps & Release Engineering. Prior to Oracle, he spent some time at Dell. In addition, starting in 2003, Ed spent more than seven years at Boomi during the formative years of the company.

Named one of the Top 25 Software Product Executives of 2022, Ed studied Information Technology at Penn State and holds two U.S. patents for integrating software systems.

Shari Lava is Senior Research Director, within the AI and Automation Group at IDC. Ms. Lava’s core research coverage includes the fast-changing automation and API Management software space, including an emphasis on the market understanding and adoption of these key technologies and how they are empowering AI. Prior to IDC, Ms. Lava served as VP, Marketing Intelligence at Greystone Managed Investments, led the Vendor Advisory Services practice at Info-Tech Research Group, and served as a management consultant with Deloitte’s CRM and Information Management practices, specializing in implementing and connecting applications for clients of all sizes across several industries.

Abdullah AbuSido is an accomplished Application Director with over 15 years of expertise in supply chain management, materials management, warehouse management, and process design. In his current role as Director of Business Applications at Abudawood, Abdullah has been instrumental in negotiating and executing complex business agreements, defining business requirements, and ensuring alignment between team objectives and organizational goals. His areas of expertise encompass digital transformation, ERP implementation, and supply chain optimization. Abdullah has spearheaded numerous high-impact initiatives, including the establishment of Abudawood Logistics (a 3PL company) and the comprehensive digital transformation across the Abudawood Group.

Abhinav Gaur is an experienced Integration Specialist, currently working with Tony’s Chocolonely. With over a decade of expertise in IT, particularly within the integration domain, he has honed his skills across various sectors including FMCG, Manufacturing, Energy, Pharma, Finance, and E-commerce. His proficiency with Boomi integration has been instrumental in delivering solutions that align with business needs across these industries. Beyond his technical expertise, Abhinav is passionate about understanding the psychology behind market strategies and how businesses acquire and scale their markets.

Technology thought-leader and all-round problem solver who has worked across multiple industry verticals with a focus on news media and corporates. Eric has run software development teams and architecture practices for more than twenty years, most recently spearheading the architecture for Thomson Reuters’ multi-million dollar digital transformation and ERP consolidation programmes. After leading the architecture strategy for a 6 year Boomi adoption and consolidation roadmap, he is currently engaged on proving out Boomi’s support for generative and traditional AI applications to improve TR’s customers and employee experiences.

Janine Pearce is the Senior Database Manager at Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSHCC), where she and her amazing team are responsible for importing datafiles from over 20 third parties into Salesforce, the charity’s one source of truth!
With over 20 years of experience in the Charity sector, Janine has been involved in many integration projects that have advanced the charities’ data management, the most recent being the implementation of Boomi as the middleware solution for GOSHCC.

Jonathan is an Honorary Fellow of the University of Edinburgh College of Medicine & Veterinary Medicine and coaches research scientists for the charity Race against Dementia founded and led by Sir Jackie Stewart. In addition to pro bono activities, Jonathan is non-executive Chairman for a number of boards both public and private equity owned in space, defence, consumer products and net zero energy transition.

Kieran Seeburn is the Head of Data for Lightsource bp, one of the world’s leading solar developers. He has worked in data for over 15 years, focusing on delivering value across engineering, systems integration and reporting.

Divya Shree is Systems Integration Team Lead, working in integration over the last ten years. In her role at Lightsource bp, she is focused on the design and delivery of our Boomi solutions.
