Travel information
Public Transport
The hotel is located around 20 minutes from Lisbon Airport. Please see the airport travel guidance to select your preferred method of transfer.
Hotels
Our event venue has provided a competitive rate to stay at the hotel of 260 euros (including breakfast and taxes). There will be a city tax to pay which is 2 euros per person, per night (for a maximum of 7 nights). Please ensure that you register using the Boomi Partner Summit event link to get this rate.

What to Pack
Portugal uses two-pin electrical sockets so please pack an adaptor if required. The Hotel Epic Sana has a gym and swimming facilities, so you may want to pack some sports kit.
Do I have to pay to attend?
No, this event is free to attend. Accommodation and travel are the responsibility of each delegate.
Can I register onsite?
We strongly recommend that you register early and online, as places are limited. The deadline for registration is Monday 16th October, 2023.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code for Boomi EMEA Partner Summit is Business Casual.
Is this event in person/ hybrid / virtual?
This event is in person only.
Will there be any evening events?
Yes! We are planning an evening event at the Hotel Epic Sana on Monday 30th October.
Will there be a cloakroom onsite?
Yes, a cloakroom will be available.
Will there be refreshments available at this event?
We will provide lunch on Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st October, plus dinner on Monday 30 October. If you plan to stay at the Hotel Epic Sana, breakfast is included in your Partner Summit event room rate.
Will I have access to the presentations post-event?
Presentations will be available on the Boomi Partner Portal following the Partner Summit.
What language will the presentations be delivered in?
All sessions will be conducted in English.
What COVID guidelines will be in place?
There is currently no specific COVID guidance when travelling to Lisbon, but we recommend staying up to date on local travel advice.
