Assembling bid-ready content meant manual searching and reformatting — wasting time, raising error risk, and diverting skilled staff from bid quality toward document assembly, all under deadline pressure.

The Boomi Enterprise Platform, which provides AI infrastructure for agentic systems with governance and secure connectivity, enabled HEB Construction to simplify this complicated process through a two-agent workflow. The “Shredder” agent uses a secure lookup based on golden records created and stored with Boomi Data Hub to produce a structured representation of skills based on a person’s curriculum vitae (CV). Then, bid team members interact with conversational agent “Bob” to get the relevant tailored CV draft or short biography.
