Software Veteran Assumes Leadership of Growing Integration Software Company
Berwyn, PA – (8/24/2006)Boomi Software, a leader in business integration software for mid-market companies, today announced that Robert L. Moul has been elected president and chief executive officer of the company effective September 1. Mike West, who was the original angel investor in the company and has served as CEO since 2004, will remain with the company as chief financial officer.

Prior to joining Boomi, Moul was president of the global education software business at SCT (now SunGard Higher Education) and group president at MAXIMUS. He also enjoyed a 19-year career at EDS where he held senior management positions including director of EDS’ operations in Hong Kong and China, and executive director of its federal government business in Australia. His career has spanned all aspects of IT services, software and consulting in executive leadership, business operations, technical management and engineering roles.
Moul graduated from the University of Maryland, University College, with a Master of Science degree in technology management. He has also completed executive programs at the University of Michigan Business School and the Center for Organizational Learning at MIT. He serves on the advisory boards of several early-stage technology companies.
