OSI Digital used Boomi Flow to create a self-service portal through which large customers can track World’s collection and disposal, and access documentation needed to prove regulatory compliance. World also automated tank storage measurements and delivery volumes, laying a foundation to automate billing.

Similar product delivery automation to World’s transportation partners is expected to deliver ROI in just five months. In another use, Boomi feeds data into analytic systems to give World real-time business metrics involving customers, inventory, personnel, and financials.
