WLTH

Australian digital lending and payments provider uses the power of connectivity to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences to customers

ビジネス目標

WLTH is an Australian digital lending and payments provider on a mission to refresh the financial services industry in Australia, with a focus on technology and sustainability. Founded in Brisbane in 2019, WLTH offers a suite of tech-centric products.

WLTH needed a connected IT environment capable of synchronizing critical business functions in its payments app and delivering a superior user experience. It also wanted a technology foundation in place to prevent disruptions to operations and customer service as new technologies and software are added in future.

インテグレーションの挑戦

As a fast-expanding company, WLTH was onboarding an increasing volume of systems and applications to support that growth, and found itself with rapidly increasing volumes of data to manage. But without the ability to synchronize its IT investments, the data would remain stagnant and siloed in individual systems, rather than providing insights that can be leveraged to create better customer experiences and drive value for the business.

Boomiの支援

WLTH selected Boomi’s low-code, cloud-native integration platform as a service (iPaaS) to connect myriad systems and data across the business,

The company is also using the Boomi AtomSphere Platform to support its most recent corporate merger with a payments platform, which is set to provide the underlying technology infrastructure for its WLTH Pay product, and will ensure customers can access the product seamlessly via one platform.

結果

Boomi’s ability to securely consolidate and synchronize all of WLTH’s operational, customer, and transactional data through Boomi Master Data Hub has given the fintech’s employees access to pan-organizational golden records they need to gain a singular view of every part of the business and use that data for better business outcomes.

With its applications and systems integrated, the real-time data connectivity has also enabled single sign-on (SSO) functionality for WLTH’s customers and employees.
