Catherine holds a BSc Honours (Environmental Protection) and a PhD (Spatial Ecology, Descriptive and Predictive Statistics) from the University of Newcastle.

Ed Macosky is the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Boomi (CPTO). He has more than 20 years of experience building high performing agile teams, designing and launching new software and service products, solution delivery and customer retention.

Ed works to establish and execute Boomi’s product vision and roadmap – delivering an intelligent, flexible and scalable integration platform that accelerates business outcomes by making information, interactions and innovations flow faster.

David Irecki is the Chief Technology Officer for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) at Boomi, a global leader in AI-driven automation, serving over 30,000 customers worldwide and supported by a network of more than 800 partners.

In his role as CTO, David champions the use of artificial intelligence in business, leading Boomi’s efforts across the region to drive innovation through intelligent integration and automation. He plays a key role in helping organizations across APJ navigate digital transformation and agentic transformation.

David leads a team of pre-sales professionals across the region. Under his leadership, the team partners with customers to solve complex integration and data management challenges that drive business transformation.

With over 20 years of experience in enterprise integration and embedded computing, David is a seasoned IT leader. He joined Boomi in 2015 as the first Solutions Consultant in APJ. Prior to that, he led the APJ Solutions Consulting team at MuleSoft.

David holds a degree in Information Engineering from Massey University in New Zealand.

Mike “Bachman” Bachman is Head of Research & Emerging Technology Strategy within the Boomi AI Center of Excellence. With more than two decades of experience spanning AI research, data pipeline development, application integration, infrastructure planning, and performance analysis, he partners with executives worldwide to design and implement scalable, future-ready solutions. His work emphasizes not only technical excellence but also responsible innovation that delivers lasting business, social, and environmental impact.

A published author, inventor, and global technologist fluent in English and German, Bachman brings curiosity and clarity to complex problems. He has co-invented multiple U.S. patents in AI-driven data automation and co-authored Modern Enterprise Data Pipelines (2021). He is in the middle of writing his next book, Data Management for Agentic Systems, scheduled for release at the end of Summer 2026. Whether advising leaders, shaping strategy, or presenting on stage, he is known for making emerging technology approachable, practical, and impactful. Outside of work, he prioritizes family, keeps a lifelong learner’s mindset, and is well known for his professional signature: the bowtie.

Jaime Ryan is the Global Vice President of Product Management, leading Boomi’s API Management strategy and delivering the next generation of API federation and governance. He brings over 25 years of experience owning industry-leading portfolios, and resides in San Diego, California.

Amy McNee brings over 30 years of experience to her role as the Senior Vice President of Solution Architecture and GM, Data Management GTM at Boomi. With a background in the analytics and data management industry, Amy has consistently demonstrated her expertise in driving innovation and facilitating growth for companies, including organizational and GTM transformations.

At Boomi, Amy leads a global team of Solution Engineers, Field Engineers, and Domain. Experts to drive an integrated vision for customers to build and scale data and AI foundations. At Amazon Web Services, she incubated and expanded a global team focused on assisting executives in developing robust, value-driven data strategies, and understanding the impact of culture change so organizations can leverage cloud technology to its full potential.

Throughout her career, Amy has held leadership positions across various functions, including solution architecture, professional services, customer success, and training at Informatica, Cognos, SAP, DataStax, and Workday. She is a regular speaker at industry events such as Gartner/Evanta, IDC, MIT, ThoughtWorks, and AWS Innovate.

She covers critical topics such as modern data strategy, the impact of AI, practical approaches to building a data mesh architecture, and the pivotal role of people and processes in fostering a data-centric culture within enterprises. She was recognized as part of the 2024 Global Data Power Women list by CDO Magazine.

Ganka is a senior programs and operations leader with over 15 years of experience across industries, stages of organizational development and maturity. She focuses on the partner experience and the internal channel organization ensuring alignment with the broader organization. Her revenue operations background allows for a thorough understanding of systems, processes and analytics to ensure program success and growth. Ganka is a partner advocate both within Boomi and her professional network.

Michelle Anthony is a dynamic and results-oriented B2B marketing leader with 30 years of experience dedicated to empowering sales teams and driving growth. With a comprehensive understanding of the entire marketing function, Michelle is particularly renowned for her subject matter expertise in partner ecosystems, thought leadership, and demand generation. She thrives in fast-paced environments, leveraging her high energy and ability to seamlessly blend analytics with creative strategies to engage partners, clients and prospective customers throughout their buying journey.

Beyond her professional achievements, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family in the kitchen, where they specialize in crafting delicious cake-pops. She also has a passion for international travel and immersing herself in new cultures around the world.

Steve brings 25+ years of experience building consulting teams and implementing digital transformation solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He is responsible for leading Boomi’s global partner enablement vision, which includes defining the journey, developing programs that support the partner ecosystem and ensuring that both sales and technical knowledge are imparted within our partners. Prior to Boomi, Steve led customer deployments and developed impactful enablement programs at Salesforce, Vlocity, C3.ai, Saba Software and Siebel Systems. Steve holds a BS and MS from UCLA in Atmospheric Sciences.

Roger Bendrien is the Sales Director for Asia Pacific (APAC) at Boomi. Roger is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of leadership experience driving organizational growth and operational excellence across leading technology companies in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Currently leading the Commercial Organization across APAC at Boomi, Roger has built a distinguished career developing market strategies and leading cross-functional teams that deliver transformational business outcomes.

Throughout his tenure at industry leaders including Salesforce (Tableau), Palo Alto Networks, EMC, and CA Technologies, Roger has orchestrated large-scale, business Intelligence transformations initiatives , mission-critical government infrastructure projects, and comprehensive enterprise service agreements that redefined industry benchmarks.

Nathan Gower is the Senior Director for Enterprise APAC at Boomi. Nathan is responsible for driving the growth of the business across the Asia Pacific region, excluding Japan. He engages with business leaders across industries on overcoming challenges in the enterprise tech space.

Nathan joined Boomi in 2016, when the company first launched in A/NZ, as Enterprise Account Executive. He has been promoted multiple times at Boomi from Head of Business Development A/NZ in 2021 and to Director of ANZ in 2022, focusing on driving the business and strengthening on-the-ground support to meet the growing market demands.

Prior to joining Boomi, Nathan held positions at NetSuite and Pentana Solutions, where he gained extensive experience in helping businesses leverage the right technologies to enable long-term strategic imperatives and innovation.

Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems and industrial design from the University of South Australia.

James Houston is the Head of Customer Success, Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) at Boomi. In his role, James is responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and long-term success across the region, working closely with executive stakeholders at our customers to deliver measurable outcomes and maximise return on investment.

Since joining Boomi, James has been a key member of the senior leadership team, establishing a governed centre of excellence to enable change, strengthen customer engagement, and achieve sales and revenue targets. He is also passionate about developing future leaders, fostering a collaborative culture that builds trust, engagement, and loyalty across global cross-functional teams.

A key area of opportunity within Customer Success at Boomi is the engagement with local partners in APAC to consolidate a partner success program. James is leading this development working directly with Boomi’s Partner organisation.

Prior to Boomi, James held senior leadership roles across customer success and sales, where he gained extensive experience in channel sales and channel service management, go to market growth strategies, customer experience innovation, and executive stakeholder management.

Patricia holds degrees from NYU and the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Richmond, Virginia.
