CCL now helps more than 500 clients improve their business efficiencies and agility through its technology consulting and technical services.

CCL used point-to-point SQL scripts to get invoice and purchase order data from an Autotask IT service management application to its Microsoft Dynamics GP financials system.

But the integration required time-consuming monthly maintenance and troubleshooting by a specialist whose skills were also needed in other areas of the business — plus, the SQL scripts were struggling to keep up with the amount of data CCL now needed to process.
