MyRepublic is a fast-growing APAC telecommunications provider. To maintain its leadership status as an innovator, the provider launched the technology business spin-out, MyRepublic Digital. MyRepublic Digital would drive digital transformation by helping operators achieve business outcomes via a readily deployable cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform, Encore.

MyRepublic Digital wanted to ensure lean operations and nimble service delivery within the region’s hyper-competitive market. The company needed tools to equip the Encore platform with real-time decision-making capabilities, without compromising on scalability or security.

Integration Challenges

The Encore platform, the digital backbone of MyRepublic’s business support systems and operations support systems is central to the online experiences of MyRepublic customers. Encore oversees numerous live processes across order fulfillment, billing, service assurance, mobile apps and chatbots, with an API section that stood at over 25 million transactions.

MyRepublic Digital’s ecosystem also includes third-party vendors and partner payment gateways. This configuration added to IT complexity, creating friction to processes and the overall user experience.

Leveraging the Boomi Enterprise Platform, MyRepublic Digital successfully enhanced automation by expanding its scope across the Encore platform. It simultaneously facilitated reusable configuration for integration with third-party vendors and partner payment gateways.

The low-code Boomi Enterprise Platform helped MyRepublic put customers first. The company significantly reduced customer wait times for modems, ensuring deliveries now reach customers within one to two business days.

As a result of delighting customers with faster, better service, MyRepublic has seen its order processing performance shoot up remarkably. Since initially being deployed in 2019, Boomi API Management enabled the Encore platform to add approximately 3.5 million new transactions every quarter through December 2022.
